On February 3rd, 2024, at the Fortuna Hotel in Hanoi, Ngoc Diep Group successfully organized the Year-End Ceremony for 2023 in a solemn and warm atmosphere, with the participation of over 200 employees from the Corporation’s Office Department.

In her speech at the ceremony, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Tran Thi Thu Diep, expressed pride in the positive business results achieved by all four member companies during a year full of fluctuations and challenges. “On behalf of the leadership team, I would like to extend sincere thanks to all employees who have tirelessly strived and excellently achieved the set goals in 2023”.

Representing individuals with outstanding achievements, Ms. Pham Thi Van Anh, Deputy Head of Procurement Department at Ngoc Diep Aluminum Joint Stock Company – who has dedicated over 11 years to Ngoc Diep Group, shared her emotions: “I am grateful for the fate that brought me to Ngoc Diep and has kept me here until today. To celebrate the new year, Ngoc Diep Group also organized its annual “Lucky Draw” program during the ceremony, offering valuable prizes as a practical token of appreciation from the company to all employees who have tirelessly worked and contributed throughout the past year.
