In the festive atmosphere of spring filling the streets, on February 4th, 2024, the Packaging, Window and Aluminum Factories of Ngoc Diep Group successfully organized the Year-End Ceremony to review the production and business activities of 2023, welcoming the spring of the Year of the Rat 2024.

The leadership team of Ngoc Diep Group attended the 2023 Year-End Ceremony of the Factory Division

At the ceremony, representatives from the factories included Mrs. Do Thi Thuong – Director of Ngoc Diep Packaging Factory; Mr. Do Manh Hung – Director of NGOCDIEPWINDOW Factory; and Mr. Tran Thanh Long – Director of Ngoc Diep Aluminum Factory, who each presented reports on the production and business performance of their respective factories in 2023 and outlined the goals for 2024. Despite facing common challenges in the economy, the three factories of Packaging, Window and Aluminum of Ngoc Diep Group achieved positive results, laying the groundwork for breakthroughs in 2024. Additionally, the limitations and outstanding issues were candidly pointed out by the Factory Directors, along with proposed solutions to address them.

On behalf of the leadership team of Ngoc Diep Corporation, Mrs. Tran Thi Thu Diep – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ngoc Diep Group – praised and commended the continuous efforts and dedication of the collective staff of the factories in their production and business activities throughout 2023. She also outlined the directions and tasks for the Year of the Rat 2024.

At the year-end ceremony, the factories also organized commendation and reward sessions for individuals with outstanding achievements in 2023. This is an annual activity that the company’s leadership places great emphasis on, serving as a token of appreciation from the company for the dedication of its employees throughout the year. It also serves as a motivation for employees to work confidently and continue their efforts in innovation to contribute to the collective success.
