Human resources are the leading factor in the process of business development. With Ngoc Diep Group, the training and retraining of human resources is always paid attention.

The company regularly participates in large bidding projects, so it is required that the staffs have a good grasp of the profession as well as the current legal documents of the Bidding Law.

On March 11, the Company opened a training course on bidding skills to provide the most thorough and detailed training on procedures, procedures as well as documents, new changes in procurement law with The teaching of leading experts working at Institute of Construction Economics – Ministry of Construction.

Attending class is the entire staff, project staff and interior business, packaging, doors.

 

 

In the morning of 6th Jan in lunar (2nd Feb, 2017), all staffs met together in the beginning of spring 2017 in happiness, warmness and full of wishes for a successful year.

In this meeting, Ms Tran Thi Thu Diep – The chairwoman has been on the behalf of Board of Director to give the best wishes to all staffs and their family.

Immediately after New Year’s greetings finished, everyone immediately started to work, finish the unfinished work of the old year.

After a year of hard work together to overcome difficulties and challenges, on 21st Jan 2017, the leadership and all employees Company Ngoc Diep had a meeting, together look back at what has done and not done in 2016, simultaneously toast the new year in the joyful atmosphere and warm.

Shortly after the art welcome, Ms. Tran Thi Thu Diep – Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Company has a speech summarizing 2016 and provide direction for 2017 activities.

It can be said, 2016 was a memorable year for many major events such as:

– The construction of the company’s headquarters at 118 Nguyen Du – Hai Ba Trung – Hanoi.

– The construction of the aluminum plant in the industrial park named Pho DINOSTAR A. This is one of the manufacturing plants and the largest modern aluminum North.

– Is the company producing unique packaging in Vietnam was awarded the national Brand

– Was the investor rated as one of the leading prestigious units in the door with the brand NGOCDIEPWINDOW

And many encouraging achievements other.

To achieve these achievements, besides wise direction of the company Board of Directors also has the effort, dedication of all employees. In recognition of the dedication of employees, company leaders decided to reward and title of staff, excellent staff and advanced to individuals who have a good record in 2016.

In 2016, in addition to millions of dollars of investment to improve and innovate machinery lines, leaders also issued policies to support, encourage employees to raise labor productivity. Therefore, the years the company has achieved a good performance. Such as:

Ngoc Diep is honoured as the only company that was received Vietnam Value in the field of carton packaging among  88 other enterprises in Vietnam according to decision 4382/QĐ-BCT dated 4th November 2016 issued by Ministry of Industry and Trade.

This is a great honour for us because this is the only Award approved by Vietnamese Government to promote the enterprises’s image and brand through well-branded products. Based on the evaluation criteria and rigorous selection process. To gain this award, enterprises have to meet many of criteria as: quality, innovation, evaluating the business results, the reliability of the brand, activities supporting to the community – society, and especially focussing the sustainable development and  the service/product  quality improvement.

On the afternoon of 30th  November 2016, the Ministry of Industry and Trade held an Announcement ceremony for enterprises having products which achieved 2016 Vietnam Value. Mr Tran Huu Quang – Ngoc Diep’s CEO and representatives of the 87 enterprises had the meeting with President of Vietnam Tran Dai Quang.

At the meeting, The President congratulated enterprises and praised their achievements in manufacturing and trading as well as their contributions to Vietnam’s economy and society.

At the end of the meeting, the President said that “Reaching Vietnam Value is difficult, maintaining this title is more difficult”. So, he encouraged enterprises to improve themselves and actively catch development tendency of their field.

On the night of 30th November 2016, at announcement ceremony took place in Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Cultural Palace, Mr. Tran Huu Quang represented Ngoc Diep Joint Stock Company to receive the certificate of Vietnam Value offered by organization department.
