ISO 14064-1:2018 – A gateway to global markets

ISO 14064-1:2018 is an international standard issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) that sets requirements for quantifying, monitoring, reporting, and verifying greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions at the organizational level.

This standard plays a crucial role in global climate change mitigation efforts and helps businesses meet export requirements to demanding markets such as the European Union (EU), where mechanisms like the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) are enforced.

Reflecting its sense of responsibility in production management, Dinostar Aluminium has developed and implemented a comprehensive, transparent, and accurate management system for data collection, monitoring, and reporting of emissions. The company also invests in professional training for its staff and adopts scientific and reliable methodologies in line with both international and national standards.

Continuous efforts for stainable growth

As one of Vietnam’s leading aluminium brands, Dinostar Aluminium has invested heavily in closed-loop, circular production technologies that optimize efficiency, conserve energy, and minimize greenhouse gas emissions.

The company is currently expanding its production capacity with the construction of the Dinostar High-Quality Aluminium Plant in Nhu Quynh, Hung Yen, covering nearly 50,000 square meters. The new facility is designed with advanced technologies, a high level of automation, and environmentally friendly operations, meeting the most stringent international standards.

Dinostar’s production system has earned numerous prestigious international certifications, including ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), JIS H4100:2015, RoHS, TCXDVN 330:2003, AAMA, and QUALICOAT.

The achievement of ISO 14064-1:2018 certification from BSI not only affirms Dinostar Aluminium’s production and management capabilities at international standards, but also serves as a springboard for global competitiveness, bringing the company closer to its long-term goal of sustainable and environmentally friendly growth.
