On January 17, 2024, at Fortuna Hotel Hanoi, Ngoc Diep Group successfully hosted the 2024 Year-End Ceremony and welcomed the Lunar New Year 2025 with the theme “Ruc ro sac xuan”

In a warm and festive atmosphere, more than 200 employees from Ngoc Diep Group’s Office Division gathered to connect, share, and experience unforgettable emotions together.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Tran Thi Thu Diep, Chairwoman of Ngoc Diep Group, extended her New Year greetings and heartfelt gratitude to all employees. On the morning of December 22, in a solemn and emotional atmosphere, the inauguration ceremony for the Lang Nu, Nam Tong, and Kho Vang Village Reconstruction Project officially took place, with the attendance of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh. Ngoc Diep Group proudly supported the project by providing new equipment for the village schools, with a total funding of VND 200 million.

The inauguration ceremony of the Lang Nu Village (Phuc Khanh Commune, Bao Yen District) and Nam Tong Village Reconstruction Project took place with the attendance of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Minister of National Defence Phan Van Giang.

The reconstruction project for Lang Nu and Nam Tong villages stands as a vivid testament to the spirit of solidarity and mutual support in overcoming adversity. After just two months of swift implementation, two newly rebuilt villages—comprising 55 houses, 2 schools, and 2 community centers—have been completed and handed over. The heavy losses and devastation have now given way to hope for a brighter future. Lang Nu and Nam Tong are set to become “model villages” and “happy villages,” embodying modernity and civility, as envisioned by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

As an organization dedicated to supporting social initiatives, Ngoc Diep Group has fully equipped the two village schools with modern facilities, providing a comfortable learning environment for teachers and students, with a total contribution of VND 200 million.

The new classrooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern furnishings sponsored by Ngoc Diep Group.

Through this support, the Group not only enhances educational conditions but also spreads the flame of hope for the sustainable development of the community. The sturdy stilt houses and well-furnished schools have become dream homes for dozens of struggling families in the area.

In 2024, Ngoc Diep Group plans to allocate nearly VND 2 billion for charitable activities. After the devastating Yagi storm, the once-peaceful Lang Nu Hamlet was left in ruins—buried under mud, tears, and indescribable losses. In the face of such devastation, restoring Lang Nu became an urgent mission, one that Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh instructed to be completed swiftly, ensuring a safer and better future for its residents.

The entire nation is now focused on Lang Nu, working tirelessly to complete the reconstruction project at record speed. The goal is not only to help residents quickly stabilize their lives and overcome hardships but also to meet the Government’s directive of handing over the project by December 22.

Carrying forward its tradition of community support, Ngoc Diep Group proudly joins this meaningful and urgent rebuilding journey in collaboration with the Vietnam Hearts Fund. The group has contributed to upgrading the infrastructure, interiors, and modern equipment for the schools in Lang Nu and Nam Tong Hamlet, Lao Cai Province, with a total value of 200 million VND. For 2024, Ngoc Diep Group’s planned charitable budget is nearly 2 billion VND.

After more than two months of construction, a new village is beginning to take shape, offering a brighter future for the residents. The inauguration ceremony of Lang Nu Village is scheduled for December 21, with the attendance of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and prominent leaders from the Party, State, and various central ministries. This event marks a significant milestone in the recovery journey after the disaster, symbolizing a new and hopeful chapter for the local community.
